There is no monthly fee, just a one-time $3.95 activation fee. This activation fee
includes your first five minutes of domestic USA calls on your new RoadTel account. A
major credit card is required to secure the account, but you will be directly billed once
a month. Your Visa, M/C or AMEX will be charged automatically if payment is not received
within 30 days of a bill. The FCC has imposed a $0.30 surcharge for any call which
originates from a payphone.
